Medical Director
Kelly has been a Nurse Practitioner in Lincoln for over 27 years, with expertise in adult care and treating conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and infections. She manages overall healthcare needs and has specialized in surgery and breast care for over 25 years, focusing on breast health, disease, and cancer. Kelly is also knowledgeable in hernias, wound care, lymphedema, and varicose veins.
She graduated from Bryan School of Nursing in 1987 and earned a Master's in Nursing from UNMC in 1997. Kelly is passionate about breast cancer prevention, particularly for high-risk patients.
Heather joined Midwest Elite Family Medicine in February 2024 as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Practice Manager. She earned her RN Diploma from Bryan School of Nursing in 2006, a Master’s in Nursing with a focus on Leadership in 2014, and a Post-Master’s as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Clarkson College in 2017.
Heather began her career in Trauma and Critical Care and later specialized in adult and geriatric care. Heather serves on the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska Tribal Home Visiting Advisory Board.
Having lived and practiced in Lincoln for most of his life, Dr. Meyer has extensive knowledge of the local medical community in both general and specialty care. He is excited to lead and support this growing practice.
